One Herd Equine Facilitated Learning offers an environment  where individuals can increase their awareness of their relationship with self and others through learning to work with the horses. Suitable for all ages, carefully designed interactive exercises are employed to create connection, safe boundaries, being present and aware within our physical bodies.

My background for the last 21 years is understanding ourselves through our energetic systems – through the non verbal communication of the horses I can facilitate individuals increasing their awareness of their own senses. I have studied Equine Facilitated Learning through AEFL and Adventures in Awareness™ and work with individuals and groups regularly.

With the assistance of the horses, we can tap into the power/the strengths of each individual moving forward as one herd.
