Alla has enjoyed a rewarding career in Human Resources and organisational development in the private sector where she held a number of Executive level positions before refocusing her career on consulting. She now provides consulting and advisory services to businesses that wish to enhance their employee experience and engagement. She enjoys facilitating team, leadership and personal development journeys with an emphasis on achieving self awareness and wellbeing. Alla holds a Master of Commerce (Organisational Change) and a Grad Dip in Human Resources from The University of Melbourne and is an Adventures in Awareness facilitator. She and her husband Patrick are parents to two young boys, three dogs, two cats and of course her two beloved horses, Asha and Mr Ed.
